Cranberry Ice

Ingredients
- 1 qt fresh cranberries or 2 cans whole berry cranberries
- 2 c cold water
- 1 34 c sugar
- juice of 2 oranges
- rind of 1 orange
Directions
- Boil cranberries in cold water until mushy
- Put through sieve Add sugar and cook on low heat until sugar dissolves
- Add orange juice and rind
- Put in freezer until hard
- Remove and beat until frothy
- Refreeze
- Serve with a turkey dinner
