Cranberry Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 2 c sifted flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp soda
- juice and grated rind of 1 orange
- Wesson oil
- 1 c raw cranberries
- 12 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Put juice and rind grated of one orange in a cup finish filling cup to 34 full with Wesson oil
- Chop cranberries in half
- Combine ingredients
- Mix well
- Place in a baking dish Bake in oven at 325 for 1 hour
