Cranberry Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 tsp salt
- 34 c orange juice
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 c chopped cranberries
Directions
- Grease and flour a loaf pan
- In a large bowl sift together the flour and baking soda
- In a separate bowl cream together the butter and sugar then beat in the egg and salt
- Alternately add the flour and orange juice to the creamed mixture
- Mix well after each addition
- Fold in the cranberries and pecans
- Turn into loaf pan
- Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour
