Cranberry Orange Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz serving size pkg or 2 4 oz serving size pkg Jell-O brand orange or any red flavored sugar-free gelatin
  • 1 12 c boiling water
  • 1 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 c cold water
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 14 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 18 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 orange sectioned and diced

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in large bowl Stir in cranberry sauce cold water lemon juice cinnamon and cloves
  2. Refrigerate about 1 12 hours or until thickened
  3. Stir in orange
  4. Spoon into 5 cup mold
  5. Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm
  6. Unmold garnish as desired
  7. Makes about 10 servings
