Cranberry Orange Mold
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz serving size pkg or 2 4 oz serving size pkg Jell-O brand orange or any red flavored sugar-free gelatin
- 1 12 c boiling water
- 1 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 c cold water
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 14 tsp ground cinnamon
- 18 tsp ground cloves
- 1 orange sectioned and diced
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in large bowl Stir in cranberry sauce cold water lemon juice cinnamon and cloves
- Refrigerate about 1 12 hours or until thickened
- Stir in orange
- Spoon into 5 cup mold
- Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm
- Unmold garnish as desired
- Makes about 10 servings
