Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 oz pkg cranberries
- 34 c water
- 1 14 c sugar
Directions
- Wash the cranberries and discard the few that are too soft or too hard
- In a large saucepan bring to a boil water and sugar Boil 5 minutes Put the cranberries in the boiling water Bring to a rapid boil so they will pop When they begin to pop reduce heat to medium and cook 5 minutes stirring a few times Remove from heat When cool refrigerate Can be frozen
