Cranberry Sauce Cake

Ingredients

• 34 c sugar
• 34 c brown sugar
• 1 c butter no oleo
• 3 beaten egg yolks
• 1 can whole cranberry sauce
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp cloves
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp allspice
• 1 c pecans
• 1 c raisins
• 3 beaten egg whites

Directions

1. Cream together sugars butter and egg yolks
2. Stir in cranberry sauce
3. Sift together flour cinnamon soda cloves salt and allspice add to creamed mixture
4. Stir in pecans and raisins
5. Fold in egg whites
6. Bake in tube pan greased at 375 for 1 hour
