Cranbrosia

Ingredients
- 2 c fresh cranberries coarsely ground
- 1 c sugar
- 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges well drained
- 1 8 oz can pineapple tidbits well drained
- 1 c coconut
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 c whipping cream
Directions
- Combine cranberries and sugar mix well to dissolve sugar Drain and reserve liquid from oranges and pineapple
- Add fruit and coconut to cranberries
- Sprinkle gelatin over 34 cup combined juices to soften
- Heat over medium temperature to dissolve gelatin
- Add to fruit
- Fold in sour cream
- Whip the cream and fold into fruit mixture
- Place in 2-quart mold
- Chill overnight
