Crawfish Extraordinare
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked crawfish tails
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp green onion minced
- 1 c heavy cream
- 12 stick butter
- 1 medium onion minced
- 2 Tbsp parsley minced
- 12 c white wine
- salt pepper and paprika
Directions
- Melt butter add flour and stir until lightly cooked
- Add onion garlic parsley and green onion until clear
- Add crawfish and cook over a low fire for about 10 minutes
- Add wine and simmer until blended
- Slowly add cream
- and simmer over low fire Do not boil
- Add seasoning with extra paprika
