Crawfish Maquechow

Ingredients

• 1 lb crawfish tails
• 1 block butter
• 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
• 1 can cream-style corn
• 1 can whole kernel corn
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 onion
• 1 bell pepper

Directions

1. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter
2. Add Ro-Tel cook down Add corn and cook approximately 20 minutes
3. Be careful not to scorch
4. Add well seasoned tails and cook another 20 to 30 minutes
5. Serve over rice
