Crawfish Maquechow

Ingredients
- 1 lb crawfish tails
- 1 block butter
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
Directions
- Saute onion and bell pepper in butter
- Add Ro-Tel cook down Add corn and cook approximately 20 minutes
- Be careful not to scorch
- Add well seasoned tails and cook another 20 to 30 minutes
- Serve over rice
