Crawfish Pie
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell and top
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 green bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 12 stick margarine
- 1 lb crawfish tails peeled
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 sticks celery finely chopped
- Tonys Creole seasoning to taste sage and curry
Directions
- Saute crawfish tails in margarine about 5 minutes
- Remove crawfish tails add onions celery bell pepper and garlic to margarine and saute for 10 minutes
- Season crawfish and add to mixture along with the soup
- Cook at least 20 minutes
- If too thick add a little water
- Place in pie shell and cover with top Bake in 300 oven until brown
- Serves 4
