Crawfish Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell and top
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 green bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 12 stick margarine
  • 1 lb crawfish tails peeled
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 sticks celery finely chopped
  • Tonys Creole seasoning to taste sage and curry

Directions

  1. Saute crawfish tails in margarine about 5 minutes
  2. Remove crawfish tails add onions celery bell pepper and garlic to margarine and saute for 10 minutes
  3. Season crawfish and add to mixture along with the soup
  4. Cook at least 20 minutes
  5. If too thick add a little water
  6. Place in pie shell and cover with top Bake in 300 oven until brown
  7. Serves 4
