Crazy Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 23 c butter flavor shortening
- 34 c water
- your favorite pie filling
Directions
- Mix flour baking powder salt and sugar
- Blend in shortening and water
- Beat 2 minutes on medium speed with electric blender Pour batter into a 9-inch pie pan
- Do not spread
- Pour favorite pie filling in center of batter
- Do not stir
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes in a 425 preheated oven
