Cream Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 13 c powdered sugar
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c flaked coconut
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained
- 2 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Mix all together very well
- Roll into small balls and then in pecans
- Freeze balls and just before serving defrost 5 minutes Yields about 2 12 dozen
