Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 13 c sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 12 sq unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 12 c butter
  • 34 c water
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 c sour cream
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Cream together the 13 cup sugar and cream cheese
  2. Add the 1 egg and mix
  3. Set aside
  4. Heat together the baking chocolate butter and water until boiling
  5. Remove from heat
  6. Combine the 2 cups sugar and flour
  7. Stir into chocolate mixture
  8. Mix the 2 eggs sour cream salt and baking soda
  9. Add to chocolate mixture Pour chocolate batter into a greased and floured oblong cake pan Spoon cream cheese mixture across top and cut in with a knife to create a marbling effect
  10. Sprinkle top with the chocolate chips Bake at 355 for 25 to 30 minutes
