Cream Cheese Cake Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 34 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- vanilla wafer cookies
- favorite pie filling cherry or blueberry
Directions
- Beat together the first 4 ingredients until smooth
- Line cupcake tins with paper liners
- Place 1 vanilla wafer at the bottom of each
- Fill 34 full with cheese mixture
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Cool
- Top with pie filling
- Makes 12 cupcakes
