Cream Cheese Candy
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg lite cream cheese
- 1 lb box 10x sugar
- 14 tsp flavoring of choice
- small amount granulated sugar
- food color if desired of your choice
Directions
- Mix cheese 10x sugar flavoring and coloring until well blended
- Roll into small balls about the size of marbles
- Coat each ball with granulated sugar
- Press into molds and refrigerate for about 15 minutes
- Then flip out of molds by gently tapping bottom
- Place on paper towel on cookie sheet
- Let dry overnight in refrigerator
