Cream Cheese Caviar SpreadServe With Red Wine Biscotti

Ingredients
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 3 to 4 scallions finely sliced include some green leaves
- 1 oz caviar drained well
Directions
- Allow cream cheese to soften to room temperature
- Add scallions and caviar and mix well
- Refrigerate if not served immediately
- Caviar will discolor spread if not served within a day or two
