Cream Cheese Caviar SpreadServe With Red Wine Biscotti

Ingredients

• 1 lb cream cheese
• 3 to 4 scallions finely sliced include some green leaves
• 1 oz caviar drained well

Directions

1. Allow cream cheese to soften to room temperature
2. Add scallions and caviar and mix well
3. Refrigerate if not served immediately
4. Caviar will discolor spread if not served within a day or two
