Cream Cheese Cherry Pie
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 1 can sour cherries
- 1 c sugar
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 baked pie crust
- 1 c whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- To cherries add 1 cup sugar and the flour
- Cook in saucepan until thick refrigerate to cool
- Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar
- Add the vanilla and a little cream to make it smooth
- Whip the cream and fold into cream cheese mixture
- Fill the cooled pie crust with cheese filling
- Pour cherry mixture on top
- Keep refrigerated
