Cream Cheese Clouds

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 12 c powdered sugar
  • 14 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese sugar and vanilla at medium speed on electric mixer
  2. Gradually add heavy cream mix well
  3. Whip until thickened
  4. Using the back of a spoon shape into ten 3 12-inch shells
  5. Place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet
  6. Freeze 2 hours or overnight
  7. When ready to serve fill with cherry pie filling
