Cream Cheese Coconut Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 3 oz box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 13 c water
- 4 eggs
- 14 c oil
- 2 c shredded coconut
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Blend cake mix pudding mix water eggs and oil in a large bowl
- Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes
- Stir in coconut and pecans
- Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
