Cream Cheese Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 c brown sugar
- 2 14 c oleo softened
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 1 c Bisquick
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 14 c granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
Directions
- Beat brown sugar and oleo until fluffy
- Stir in baking mix and nuts
- Mix until crumbly reserve 1 cup
- Press mixture in pan and bake 12 minutes at 350
- Mix cream cheese and sugar Beat in remaining ingredients
- Pour over mixture in pan Sprinkle with reserved crumbs
- Bake 25 minutes at 350
