Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 box vanilla wafers
• 34 c sugar
• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy Add eggs and vanilla Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner Put 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture on top of vanilla wafer Bake at 370 for 15 to 20 minutes Let cool Put 1 tablespoon of pie filling on top of each one
