Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 12 c flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 14 c cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 13 c salad oil
  • 1 c water
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 12 c sugar
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 c chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In large bowl sift together flour sugar cocoa baking soda and salt
  2. Add oil water vinegar and vanilla beat well
  3. Fill cupcake liners half full
  4. Make topping
  5. Soften cream cheese Cream in small bowl
  6. Add egg sugar and salt
  7. Beat well
  8. Stir in chocolate chips
  9. Put about 1 tablespoon of topping on each cupcake
  10. Use all of topping
  11. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes Makes 18 cupcakes
