Cream Cheese Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 14 c cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 13 c salad oil
- 1 c water
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c chocolate chips
Directions
- In large bowl sift together flour sugar cocoa baking soda and salt
- Add oil water vinegar and vanilla beat well
- Fill cupcake liners half full
- Make topping
- Soften cream cheese Cream in small bowl
- Add egg sugar and salt
- Beat well
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Put about 1 tablespoon of topping on each cupcake
- Use all of topping
- Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes Makes 18 cupcakes
