Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 4 c hot mashed potatoes
- 1 egg beaten
- 13 c chopped onions
- 14 c chopped pimiento
- 1 tsp salt
- dash pepper
Directions
- Combine cream cheese and potatoes
- Add remaining ingredients and place in a 1-quart casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Potatoes will be very hot
