Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c oleo softened
- 12 c butter softened
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 3 c sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 6 large eggs
- 3 c cake flour 3 c plain flour sifted 6 times
Directions
- Combine oleo butter cream cheese and sugar
- Beat well add salt and vanilla
- Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
- Add flour and mix well
- Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan
- Place in a cold oven and set at 325 Bake for 1 12 hours or until done
- Cool in pan
