Cream Of Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen asparagus
- 2 Tbsp margarine low-fat
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 c water lightly salted
- 2 green onions chopped fine
- 4 c skim milk
- salt to taste
Directions
- Cook asparagus in water until tender
- Whip asparagus in blender until smooth
- Saute onions in margarine
- Stir in flour and cook until bubbly
- Add milk gradually stirring until thickened
- Stir in asparagus puree
- Add chopped parsley and salt to taste
- Do not boil
