Cream Of Corn Soup

Ingredients
- 2 strips bacon finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 c frozen or fresh corn
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 c milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 2 c light cream
Directions
- Fry finely chopped bacon until crisp add onion and saute until soft
- Put corn through a food chopper add to onion and bacon
- Cook until begins to brown
- Add butter then flour
- Cook slowly for 3 minutes
- Add milk salt and pepper cook until thickened
- Then add cream heat and stir until smooth
