Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz cans mushrooms drained and minced
- 1 15 oz can chicken broth
- 3 c milk
- 1 12 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Saute mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter
- Melt the other tablespoon butter in saucepan
- Add flour and stir until smooth Add seasonings
- Slowly add milk stirring constantly
- Add minced onion
- Add chicken broth and mushrooms
- Continue to stir until mixture reaches boiling point but do not boil
- Serves 6
