Cream Of Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 2 c sliced potatoes
• 14 c finely cut onions
• 13 c finely cut celery
• 3 c water
• 1 14 tsp salt
• few grains pepper
• 1 c milk
• 1 Tbsp butter

Directions

1. Boil potatoes onion celery salt pepper and water about 20 minutes
2. With hand masher mash potatoes
3. Add milk and butter
