Cream Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 to 10 red potatoes
- 1 c sour cream
- 12 stick butter
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 12 c milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook drain and mash potatoes just like cream potatoes
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Pour in buttered baking dish and top with more butter and Parmesan cheese
- Bake uncovered 35 minutes at 350
- Serves 6 to 8
