Cream Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 red potatoes
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 12 stick butter
  • 12 c Parmesan cheese
  • 12 c milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook drain and mash potatoes just like cream potatoes
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
  3. Pour in buttered baking dish and top with more butter and Parmesan cheese
  4. Bake uncovered 35 minutes at 350
  5. Serves 6 to 8
