Ingredients

  • 12 c bread flour sifted before measuring
  • 12 c milk or water
  • 14 c butter
  • 18 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Heat the milk or water
  2. Add the butter
  3. Bring these ingredients to the boiling point
  4. Add the sifted flour and salt Cook and stir the batter until it leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball
