Cream Puffs

Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 1 c water
- 1 c plain flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Melt shortening in water
- Let come to a boil
- Add flour and salt
- Stir into boiling mixture keep cooking until it forms a smooth ball
- Remove from heat cool 1 minute
- Add eggs one at a time
- Beat well with beater after each egg
- The mixture will be glossy and smooth
