Cream PuffsDiabetic

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 12 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c water
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Combine water shortening and salt
- Bring to boil
- Reduce to low and add flour beat until smooth and ball clings
- Remove from heat
- Beat in eggs one at a time
- Beat until smooth
- Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet
- Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or golden brown and almost dry
- Makes 6 to 8
