Ingredients

  • 2 c fresh asparagus or use canned
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 12 c warm water
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Cook asparagus until tender steam
  2. Add milk flour and water cook until thick
  3. Add asparagus and diced hard-boiled eggs
