Creamed Cabbage

Ingredients

• 1 head cabbage
• 1 pt half and half cream
• 2 c boiled ham cubed
• salt to taste
• black pepper to taste
• 14 tsp onion powder
• 2 Tbsp instant flour

Directions

1. Cube or shred cabbage add cubed ham cream flour and seasonings
2. Cook just until tender
3. You may add a little milk if more liquid is needed
4. Slow heat is the secret
