Creamed Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 2 c milk
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Chop cabbage boil in salted water until tender
- Drain
- Melt 6 tablespoons butter
- Add flour stir and add milk
- Cook until sauce thickens
- Layer cabbage in baking dish with sauce
- Repeat layers
- Cover with bread crumbs which have been mixed with 4 tablespoons butter
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
