Creamed Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp 6 butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp 6 flour
- 14 tsp 34 salt
- 18 tsp 38 pepper
- 1 c 3 milk
Directions
- For 2 whole chicken legs make 3 cups of White Sauce
- Use the numbers in parentheses
- Melt butter in saucepan over low heat Blend in flour salt and pepper
- Cook over low heat stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly
- Remove from heat
- Stir in milk
- Heat to boiling stirring constantly
- Boil and stir 1 minute
