Creamed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 4 whole large chicken breasts skinned and boned
  • 8 4 x 4-inch slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
  • 14 c dry white wine or water
  • 1 c herb seasoned stuffing mix crumbled
  • 14 c butter melted

Directions

  1. Arrange chicken in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish
  2. Place cheese slices over chicken
  3. Combine soup and wine
  4. Stir
  5. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and cheese
  6. Sprinkle with stuffing Drizzle butter over crumbs
  7. Bake at 350 for one hour
