Creamed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 4 whole large chicken breasts skinned and boned
- 8 4 x 4-inch slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
- 14 c dry white wine or water
- 1 c herb seasoned stuffing mix crumbled
- 14 c butter melted
Directions
- Arrange chicken in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish
- Place cheese slices over chicken
- Combine soup and wine
- Stir
- Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and cheese
- Sprinkle with stuffing Drizzle butter over crumbs
- Bake at 350 for one hour
