Creamed Corn Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp butter
• 13 c soda cracker crumbs
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1 can cream-style corn
• 14 tsp pepper

Directions

1. In 1-quart glass casserole heat butter 30 seconds
2. Add egg cracker crumbs corn salt and pepper blend evenly
3. Cook 4 to 6 minutes stirring halfway through cooking time
4. Rest 5 minutes before serving
