Creamed Cucumbers

Ingredients

• 3 large cucumbers
• 1 medium onion
• 1 c salad dressing
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
• 1 tsp fresh parsley

Directions

1. Slice cucumbers very thin into bowl
2. Chop onion and add to bowl
3. Mix salad dressing sugar fresh ground pepper and parsley until creamy in separate bowl
4. Add to cucumber and marinate for at least two hours in refrigerator
