Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- garlic salt
- 6 to 8 oz Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Peel slice and boil potatoes until done
- Beat with margarine softened cream cheese sour cream salt pepper and garlic salt
- Top with Cheddar cheese and bake at 350 until melted 15 to 20 minutes
