Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 lb small curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb Cheddar cheese grated
- 14 lb butter or margarine melted
- 2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach defrosted and drained
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Beat eggs in large bowl
- Add cottage cheese grated Cheddar butter spinach flour salt and pepper
- Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole
- Bake on low uncovered for 1 hour at 350 Yields 12 to 14 servings
