Creamed Tacos

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 bell pepper diced
• 1 large onion diced
• 1 can enchilada sauce mild
• 1 can taco sauce hot
• salt and pepper to taste
• 12 tortillas corn
• 12 lb Velveeta cheese grated
• 1 large Pet milk

Directions

1. Cook the beef bell pepper and onion Drain the beef
2. Add the enchilada sauce taco sauce and salt and pepper to taste
3. Layer 6 tortillas in a 13 x 9-inch pan with half of the meat mixture and half of the grated cheese Finish with second layer of each
4. Pour the Pet milk over layers
5. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
