Creamed Tuna On Patty Shells

Ingredients
- 2 c milk
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 4 Tbsp margarine
- salt and pepper
- 4 Tbsp cream
- 1 beaten egg yolk
- 1 small can mushrooms drained or fresh ones
- 1 can tuna fish
- 1 small can peas drained
Directions
- Melt margarine add flour and pour in milk slowly until thickened
- Season with salt and pepper and whisk in cream and egg yolk
- Add tuna mushrooms and peas and serve over patty shells Garnish top with parsley
