Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients
- 14 c chopped onion
- 2 10 12 oz cans cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
- 2 6 oz pkg cream cheese cubed
- 3 to 4 c frozen Southern-style hash browns or potatoes OBrien
- 34 to 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish In a saucepan over medium heat cook onion until tender
- Stir in soup and cream cheese cubes
- Cook stirring constantly until smooth and hot
