Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients

• 14 c chopped onion
• 2 10 12 oz cans cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
• 2 6 oz pkg cream cheese cubed
• 3 to 4 c frozen Southern-style hash browns or potatoes OBrien
• 34 to 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish In a saucepan over medium heat cook onion until tender
3. Stir in soup and cream cheese cubes
4. Cook stirring constantly until smooth and hot
