Creamy Avocado Dip

Ingredients

• 1 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
• 1 8 oz container plain yogurt
• 2 Tbsp minced onion
• 14 tsp salt
• 18 tsp white pepper
• carrot sticks

Directions

1. Mash avocado in bowl
2. Add yogurt onion salt and white pepper
3. Stir until blended
4. Serve with carrot sticks
