Creamy Baked Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 1 14 c graham cracker crumbs
- 14 c sugar
- 13 c margarine melted
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened milk not evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 14 c ReaLemon from concentrate
- 1 8 oz container sour cream
- 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling chilled
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300
- Combine crumbs sugar and margarine Press on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan
- In mixer bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth
- Add eggs and ReaLemon
- Mix well
- Pour into prepared pan
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set
- Top with sour cream
- Bake 5 minutes longer
- Cool
- Cover top with pie filling
- Chill
- Refrigerate leftovers
- Makes one 9-inch cheese cake
