Creamy Baked Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 14 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 14 c sugar
  • 13 c margarine melted
  • 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened milk not evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 14 c ReaLemon from concentrate
  • 1 8 oz container sour cream
  • 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling chilled

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Combine crumbs sugar and margarine Press on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan
  3. In mixer bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy
  4. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth
  5. Add eggs and ReaLemon
  6. Mix well
  7. Pour into prepared pan
  8. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set
  9. Top with sour cream
  10. Bake 5 minutes longer
  11. Cool
  12. Cover top with pie filling
  13. Chill
  14. Refrigerate leftovers
  15. Makes one 9-inch cheese cake
