Creamy Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 13 c oleo or butter melted
- 1 14 c graham cracker crumbs
- 14 c sugar
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 14 c ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
- 1 8 oz sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300
- Combine oleo cracker crumbs and sugar Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan
- In large mixing bowl beat cheese until fluffy
- Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth
- Add eggs and ReaLemon mix well Pour into prepared pan
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until set top with sour cream
- Bake 5 minutes longer
- Cool and chill
- Garnish with your favorite topping
- Refrigerate leftovers
