Creamy Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 13 c oleo or butter melted
• 1 14 c graham cracker crumbs
• 14 c sugar
• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
• 3 eggs
• 14 c ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
• 1 8 oz sour cream

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300
2. Combine oleo cracker crumbs and sugar Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan
3. In large mixing bowl beat cheese until fluffy
4. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth
5. Add eggs and ReaLemon mix well Pour into prepared pan
6. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until set top with sour cream
7. Bake 5 minutes longer
8. Cool and chill
9. Garnish with your favorite topping
10. Refrigerate leftovers
