Creamy Baked Flounder

Ingredients

  • 1 fillet of flounder per person
  • 1 red Bermuda onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • sour cream

Directions

  1. In a well buttered, flat casserole dish, lay the fish, overlapping them.
  2. Cover fish with very thin slices of Bermuda onion.
  3. Put another layer of fish.
  4. Cover fish with very thin slices of tomato.
  5. Cover top of layers with a thick coat of sour cream.
  6. Cook in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
