Creamy Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- Crisco
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 13 c water
Directions
- Brown pork chops in Crisco on both sides in ovenproof skillet Pour off drippings
- Mix soup and water pour over chops
- Cover Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Yields 4 servings
