Creamy Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes
- 14 c butter
- 12 c homogenized milk
- 8 oz sour cream
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 8 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can Pam
Directions
- Peel and dice potatoes
- Rinse well
- In medium-size pan boil potatoes until tender drain
- In mixing bowl combine potatoes butter and milk
- Blend with mixer until creamy
- Add sour cream and cream cheese
- Pour ingredients in a Pam-sprayed baking dish Dot with butter
- Bake at 350 until golden brown
