Creamy Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 14 c butter
  • 12 c homogenized milk
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 8 c water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can Pam

Directions

  1. Peel and dice potatoes
  2. Rinse well
  3. In medium-size pan boil potatoes until tender drain
  4. In mixing bowl combine potatoes butter and milk
  5. Blend with mixer until creamy
  6. Add sour cream and cream cheese
  7. Pour ingredients in a Pam-sprayed baking dish Dot with butter
  8. Bake at 350 until golden brown
