Creamy Broccoli Or Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb broccoli or 1 medium head cauliflower separated into flowers
• 1 10 34 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 14 c milk
• 12 c shredded cheese about 2 oz
• 1 c Bisquick baking mix
• 1 c firm margarine or butter

Directions

1. Heat 1-inch salted water to boiling Add broccoli or cauliflower
2. Cover and heat to boiling
3. Cook until stems are almost tender 10 to 12 minutes Drain
4. Place broccoli or cauliflower in ungreased 1 12-quart round casserole dish
