Creamy Broccoli Or Cauliflower Bake
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb broccoli or 1 medium head cauliflower separated into flowers
- 1 10 34 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 14 c milk
- 12 c shredded cheese about 2 oz
- 1 c Bisquick baking mix
- 1 c firm margarine or butter
Directions
- Heat 1-inch salted water to boiling Add broccoli or cauliflower
- Cover and heat to boiling
- Cook until stems are almost tender 10 to 12 minutes Drain
- Place broccoli or cauliflower in ungreased 1 12-quart round casserole dish
