Creamy Broccoli Soup
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb broccoli cut up
- 2 c water
- 1 large stalk chopped celery
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 2 12 c water
- 1 Tbsp instant chicken bouillon
- 34 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 12 c whipping cream
Directions
- Heat 2 cups water to boiling
- Add broccoli celery and onion Cook until tender
- Do not drain
- Heat margarine until melted Stir in flour until smooth
- Add 1 12 cups water until boiling Add cooked vegies broth bouillon salt and pepper
- Heat until just boiling
- Stir in cream
- Heat but do not boil
