Creamy Broccoli Soup6 Cups

Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 14 c flour
- 3 c chicken stock
- 18 tsp dried basil
- 18 tsp dried oregano
- 18 tsp dried tarragon
- 18 tsp dried thyme
- 1 c milk
- 1 to 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 34 tsp salt
Directions
- Drop broccoli into boiling water
- Cook until tender 7 minutes
- Drain
- In saucepan combine oil and onion saute until soft
- Add garlic and cook 15 seconds longer
- Sprinkle on flour and stir
