Creamy Cheese SoupDebbie Loves My Cheese Soup

Ingredients

• 6 c milk
• 4 Tbsp flour
• 12 lb ham diced in tiny pieces
• 12 stick oleo
• 12 lb Colby cheese grated
• 1 c carrots diced fine

Directions

1. Put milk in a double boiler and cook on medium heat
2. Melt oleo this can be done in microwave and add flour to oleo
3. Mix well then stir into hot milk
4. Add cheese ham and carrots and cook for 20 minutes
5. Do not let double boiler boil dry
6. Serves 6 to 8
